Passenger Handling
We provide nearly-dedicated staff, who is always up to date with all our customer airlines procedures and policies. Aside from an unrivaled on time performance, we focus strictly on providing the image and service each airline wants to have at the airport. Our goal is to make the passenger believe it is the own airline who assist them on the ground.

We manage all processes at the airport, from sales to boarding, including but not limiting to passengers assistance, VIP treatment, VIP lounges coordination, check-in, self quiosks maintenance, and many more.

Dedicated staff for special flights and events are guaranteed.
Load Control and Dispatch
Any assistance in the load control flow can be provided, starting with a prompt dispatch of your aircrafts by highly trained staff, to provision of the load sheet, planning of the loading and delivery of all operations messages.

Each aircraft is assigned a dispatcher to control and co-ordinate the turn-round from on-chocks to push-back.

We have our own DCS and Load Control systems, but can adopt the Carriers own systems if requested.
Ticket Sales / G.S.A.
We are able to offer front line office accommodation, with easy access and dedicated airline logo display spaces

G.S.A. services are also available.
V.I.P. Lounges
V.I.P. lounges are available in many Spanish Airports whose services do include complimentary :
    · drinks
    · snacks and beverages
    · a selection of newspapers and magazines
    · office services such as telephones and fax,
       television

All in sumptuous air-conditioned surroundings.
Handling Supervision
Those days when quality is sometimes lost on the way, we provide a very pro-active supervision of third parties contracted by the airline, ensuring a smooth operation, on the spot solution of any incident or irregularity detected, and an efficient turn-around. .
Representation and Management

Follow up the progress of the flight against flight movement messages, flight plan messages and position reports received.

Provide information on flight progress to the Carrier's ground handling representative.

Assist the flight as requested and/or deemed necessary to facilitate its safe and efficient conduct in accordance with the flight plan.

Monitor movement of the flight within VHF range and provide assistance, as necessary.

Take immediate and appropriate action in case of in-flight irregularity, according to the Carrier's instructions (written or verbal).

Log and notify as specified by the Carrier any incident of an operational nature (delays, diversions, engine trouble, etc.).
